What we collect
Timeblock Town stores your account identity, scheduling preferences, selected calendar identifiers, encrypted Google authorization credentials, activities created by Timeblock Town, session timing, checklist completion state, and account audit history.
Calendar privacy
Selected external calendars are read as free and busy intervals. External event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, and contents are not requested or stored. Timeblock Town stores details for events it creates and verifies as owned.
How data is used
Data is used to recommend available times, create activities after explicit confirmation, display your schedule, run Check In sessions, secure the service, and diagnose failures. Product measurement uses an allowlist of operational events and never includes Calendar contents, checklist text, credentials, or free-form notes.
Service providers
Google provides authentication and Calendar access. The hosting and PostgreSQL providers process application requests and encrypted account data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data or use Google user data for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Active account data is retained while you use the beta. Account deletion removes primary application records and stored Google credentials immediately. Encrypted backups may retain deleted records for up to 30 days before automatic expiration. Existing Google Calendar events are left unchanged.
Your controls
Settings lets you disconnect Google Calendar, export your application data, or permanently delete your account. You may also request assistance at ted@925.gg.
Google API data
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
